We're professional couple working in knutsford, looking for one bedroom studio/flat in knutsford area and would be willing to travelling up to 10mi from knutsford from the end of October.

Price up to 450/pcm included all bills (gas,electric.water,council tax) and provide a month's deposit.

We're easy going,clean,tidy,no pets and non smoker.

We have a car so we need a parking space.

The flat needs to be furnished or part furnished with washing machine, fridge and cooker/oven.
