We are two ladies, living in a 3-bed house with a spare bedroom.
The room is a single room with a small double bed and lots of storage space.
We have facilities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, internet, phone, power shower.
The house is located 15min walk from East Finchley tube (Northern Line) with various shops on the way to the tube. The street is very quiet and safe.
We live with two cats, so please don't be allergic or hate animals.
There is a huge garden with an apple tree, a fully furnished living room as well as a dining area.
One of us works shifts, the other one 9-5. We are looking for someone who is clean, reliable and non-smoker. We'd appreciate if you don't have a revolving bedroom door and keep bringing strangers in.
The room will be available from the 15th of October. The rent is £90 per week plus bills.
