Ixworth has been bypassed by the A143 and A1088 leaving a quiet village with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Diss and Thetford and the A14 in both directions. It has shops, primary and middle schools, post office and other local amenities.

We are selling as, after bringing up 4 children, 2 have now moved out and we have decided it’s time for a change. This has been a superb property and we hope the next owner enjoys it as much as we have.
