Hi I'm Toria, and looking for a flatemate to share my new 2 bedroom flat.

The flat is in Newport, Essex and is the ideal location for a 50 minute train commute to London or a 25 minute train ride or drive into Cambridge. It is also only 8 miles Bishops Stortford and Stansted airport.

I have a large 2 bedroom flat with a spacious second bedroom to rent for £420 a month inclusive of bills. I am willing to offer either a furnished or unfurnished room, to meet the right flatmates needs. The flat is new with a large bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. The balcony overlooks the main road and is a lovely suntrap in the afternoons and summer evenings. It is just over a 5 minute walk to Newport train station, 10 minutes to the nearest pub and a 15 minute walk to the Costcutter.

I am a young professional and looking for a likeminded flatmate who is clean and tidy and socialable. Weekday evenings I study and relax, and at the weekends I go to the gym and see mates.
