CHECKOUT IS BY 11AM on the day of your departure, we reserve the right to charge a £5 fee for late checkouts.
Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card (3% transaction fee of booking total apply), bank transfer or in cash.
We do not accept cheques on arrival. Cheques must be sent 5 days before arrival.


Booking procedure
You can call our office and request a room on a provisional basis or reserve a room by making a payment. We require 50% of the cost of the booking in order for us to secure a room on your behalf.

Provisional Bookings - We will provisionally hold a room on your behalf with no need of payment, however, this does not guarantee a room on arrival as we prioritise paid reservation booking first.

Paid Reservation Bookings - We require 50% of the cost of the booking prior to arrival in order for us to hold a room on your behalf.
