These flats are ideal for people who need to be in Manchester City Centre for business or for a holiday, allowing privacy, space and the other advantages self catering and serviced flats offer..

Oxford Road Station is a minute or so away.

Each flat has a light, airy, open plan living space, with a wooden floor.
Kitchens are modern with integrated appliances included dishwashers, washer/dryers, ovens and hobs and fridge freezers. Cutlery cooking utensils and crockery are supplied and some flats have microwaves and/or TV, Broadband and WiFi.

Parking is not included, but if you need parking, it may be possible for you to rent a parking space very nearby.

Rents are from £295 a week (inclusive) for a one bedroom flat and £390 for a two bedroom flat but there are discounts for longer stays.
There is a small cleaning charge for stays of under 2 weeks

Minimum period is usually 3 nights and are charged at £75 - £100 per night.
