(ref: SR/arm001) Streamline Recruitment is looking for a Full-Time Area Sales Manager to cover Co. Londonderry & Co. Antrim. Assigned your own territory, you will be expected to generate new business, working as a team, by cold calling systematically on all types of businesses to inform them of our recruitment packages. Where possible, you will also be given a number of pre-assigned leads to call with as well.
You will also be responsible for the Management of up to 3 Full - Time Sales Consultants within your Area. It will be your responsibility to assign them with their own Areas within your territory, and ensure they work to meet their minimum weekly and monthly sales targets. Daily meetings with your Consultants and regular updates to your Manager will be key essentials to carrying out this role. Some paperwork will be involved. The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, however, some flexibility will be needed in the event of evening appointments.
We are looking for applicants from suitably qualified individuals who have a minimum of 2-3 years Field Sales Experience, preferably within a Supervisory Role. Excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills together with a pleasant manner are the main requirements for this role. £12,000 basic plus commission, with personal OTE £24,000 > £52,800 achievable.
