Description
Package: Package: £7.05 - £7.57 per hour - plus OTE up to 30% Bonus p/wk.
Within the customer services department you will be responsible for assisting our customers over the phone with any queries they have about our financial services and ending the call knowing that you have done your utmost to leave them satisfied.
Calls are not heavily scripted so you will have to be able to think on your feet and deal with a number of situations including general queries, handling complaints and occasionally diffusing difficult situations.
As you will handle a large volume of inbound queries, you must have excellent verbal communication skills, a passion for helping customers through any situation in a target driven environment, strong administrative skills and plenty of confidence.
Previous experience would be helpful although not essential, as full training will be given.

This is a full time, weekly paid position including alternate Saturday mornings.
