The house consists of a living room, kitchen with dishwasher, garden, outside toilet, bathroom, 4 bedrooms, a basement and attic space which is useable.
We also have Sky and Broadband.
We are preferably looking for a male to balance things out , we are all in our twenties so we would like someone to be of the same age, between 20 -30ish. The house is relaxed and fun, we are all friendly and consider the house our home.
We are all creative professionals, so weekday evenings are quite relaxed although we are all sociable and would like someone to be more of a friend than just a housemate.
Bills are not included in the rent.
Transport links are excellent from this area, night buses run to the Trafalgar Square, Waterloo, and London Bridge from just 2minutes down the road (29, 141, 341), and we are on the Piccadilly line, one stop from Finsbury Park.
