i am the owner of the Unit you are making inquiry of. Actually I resided in the Unit
with my family, such as my wife and my only daughter. Apparently, I had a
urgent trip to West Africa for work and due to my transfer, the unit
is still available for rent or even for sale,400 pounds per month including the utilities like The Toft is a delightful three bedroom family residence Standard features include 2 flat screen colour TVs with multi-channels, sensory security light feature, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, hair dryer and double sofabed. Linen and towels are provided.it is furnished.
I'm with the keys and the document to the Unit. Pls I want you
to note that, I am a kind and honest man and also I spent allot on my
property that I want to give you for rent, so I will solicit for your
absolute maintenance of this unit and want you to treat it as your own, is
that taken, it is not the money the main problem but want you to keep it
tidy all the time so that I will be glad to see it neat when I came for a
check up. I do that once in a while and also want you to let me have trust
in you as I always stand on my word.
