Standard Property £60 (eg. standard houses, offered for sale)
Rental Property £50 (eg. houses and flats offered for rental)
Why are rentals cheaper? Because the EPCs are charged at a flat rate, regardless of size, but typically a rental is smaller and simpler to survey.
Discounts are offered to landlords with 5 properties or more that can be done on the same day.
