hi i,m 50 years old recently divorced. i,m teetotal none smoker into fell walking and cycling. need a property in north tyne side northumberland. i receive disability living allowance there for i qualify for £300 pcm housing benefit which can be paid direct to land lord. property must be of a reasonable standard. I.E fitted kitchen and be clean. i have been to view a couple of pretty dismal flats lately. so please problem flats problem area's ect. no need to respond to this add. yours sincerely K.S.
