Description
We are a friendly couple with a spare room to rent in our lovely flat. We are 22 and 20 years of age, studying pharmacy and art at London universities.
The flat is located in the trendy Metro Central Heights building right next to the elephant & castle roundabout, only a couple minutes walk away from the tube station (northern & Bakerloo lines) and various bus stops, giving the area excellent transport links. There are also plentiful local amenities within very short walking distance.
The flat has a large shared living room and open plan kitchen. Utilities include washing machine, oven, microwave, blender, etc. The lounge has two couches, a dining table, television, PS2, Wii and a large DVD collection. There are two extra storage cupboards to make sure no one feels cluttered.
The bedroom for rent is bright, well-sized, carpeted, and furnished with a double bed, cupboard, bookcase, dressing table and bedside table.
The room also has its own (not shared) fully fitted bathroom.
The building offers a gym, swimming pool, steam room, underground parking, 24/7 concierge security, all of which are free to use by residents.
Monthly bills are split equally three ways. We pay for electricity, and an 8MB wireless broadband service.
We are looking for someone to move in by 1st December.
Deposit is equal to one months rent.
