This flat would suit someone who is independent, friendly, responsible who seeks more than just a pad to dump their stuff and lay their head. I would prefer to live with a female or gay man, aged between 30 and 40 years of age.
The nearest BR (Zone 3) is less than 5 minutes from the flat. 20 minutes into Victoria / 30 mins into London Bridge. The large Common is 5 mins up the road and the local pubs are modern gastro pubs.
