Description
Very large double room with bills included (except phone bill) in spacious, new developed split level maisonnette. Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge and dinner leading to the kitchen. In the hallway is a wc and upstairs there is 3 large double rooms.
You would only need to share the bathroom with the other person who rents the one double room as my partner and i have an ensuite..so no fighting to use the bathroom.
We have sky+ and a large garden which is solely ours and great for BBQ's.
We are very outgoing people and love to have a laugh and also some quite time.
We also have a miniature Jack Russell who is very well house trained so we would like someone who loves dogs.
There is very good public transport in the area as the First Capital Connect is a 5 minute walk and if you want you can take a 5 minute bus ride to the Northan Line. We have good access to Sainsbury's and pubs and take away shops.
