WANTED: SPACE TO BUILD A MUSIC SMALL STUDIO

Description

Im looking for a Unit/room to rent in the manchester city centre area in which I can build a small music studio.

I dont care if the room is in a dirty old mill or above a bar in a empty room, I'm just looking for a decent sized room that is either partionable or has two ajoining rooms (2 rooms are preferable)

the ideal place would:

1 - have 24 hour access
2 - In an area that wasnt affected by any noise we might create (of course we will sound proof whatever but you know what i mean - not next door to a flat or an office etc)

I'm not made of money but i'd pay in cash and go for a 6 month contract at least if it was right.
