Description
This scooter was bought in August last year as my job was moving premises and I had no other transportation. Now my job is staying where it is and i no longer need the transport. The scooter is 5 months old and in good working condition.
There are a few scratches and a small panel is missing on one side - this is because the scooter fell over in my back yard as it was left on a slope (der). I bought it from Direct Bikes and I wont lie to you they are currently retailing on their website at £499 brand new. This however does not include delivery, registration and road tax.
The scooter still has 7 months on the parts warranty so you can phone the manufacturer and they will send you any parts you need i.e. the side panel. The electric start hasn't worked since I bought it but I never had the time to get it sorted, I just kick started it.
It cost me £85 for delivery, £55 for registration and £15 for a years road tax. The bike itself cost me £549 brand new...so in total it cost me £704.
You can now buy brand new on their website for £654 (bike, delivery, tax and registration)
But why spend over the odds...I am offering you a 5 month old registered scooter with 7 months road tax, no MOT for 3 years and 7 months parts warranty for £500!
You could save £154 and still get the same quality you get from the manufacturer (plus this bike is fully built whereas when the manufacturer sends the bike (in a crate) you have to assemble certain parts yourself)
