Description
Hi my names Ian Gibb,
I have recently been made redundant, for the past five years I have worked as a local government officer for Knowsley Borough Council. My job was to manage Knowsley Borough Councils Warden Service, engaging with local residents to reduce crime and the fear of crime promoting a safer greener environment for them to live in. My main duties and responsibilities were to over see and manage staff and also manage and monitor a financial budget of four hundred and fifthly thousand pounds a year.
I have worked in the voluntary and community sector area for the past twenty years and have been a community ambassador encouraging residents to take ownership of the surrounding area where they live. I have an ILM Management Certificate and can provide excellent references.
I have excellent communication and verbal skills and I am also able to use all IT software etc. My attendance record whilst working for Knowsely Borough Council was excellent not having any sickness or absence within the last five years. I am open, honest and transparent and have always been flexible with my working hours.
I am looking for any community or charitable work for 35+ hours a week dealing with residents at a local area level.
Please contact me for any more information.
Many thanks for taking the time to read my ad.
