We are Landmark International Homes currently looking to expand our portfolio as we have tenants waiting to move into vacant properties. We are therefore seeking landlords with properties to manage (Studios, 1 Bed and 2 Bed Flats in E1, E2, E3 and E8) in the city of London.
Our preferable areas are Spitalfields, Hackney, Old Street (Hoxton), Bethnal Green, Dalston, Mile End and Stratford.
We offer an exceptional level of service and take the best possible care of your property. To know a little bit more about us, we offer an introduction service as well as an add-on management service.
The Introduction fee is a competitive 2 weeks rent. (Agents usually charge over
11%). For the Management fee, we charge 15% of the terms rent as payment up front. This can be paid monthly in instalments if it’s agreed by us.
