How we feel about ourselves is fundamental to overall well-being. Yet our well-being is based on our own set of values. Which, in turn, affects the way we communicate and relate to others.
Employers are bringing well-being into our workplaces to improve productivity and performance, reduce absenteeism and produce contented staff. Our busy lifestyles with constant stress factors means we're all trying to achieve a sense of well-being physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
