We are looking for any type of property / smallholding any condition with 1+ acre of land any location but would like Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Wales but consider anywhere in UK for right property, we are renting our property out and have funds (up to £170,000) in place due to being let down on another property. Consider land with planning permission (static caravan/log cabin etc ???) but would need to be a lot cheaper as we need money to finance project, possibly a log cabin. May consider part ex with our modern 3 bed 3 reception, semi - 4 miles out of Blackpool close to beach, val @ £170k large rooms new large kitchen & boiler, large conservatory, treble garage / workshop, in quiet area. May consider renting a small holding long term at right money.
