We are an all-star, competitive cheerleading and dance team based in the Sale and Stretford areas of South Manchester. We have teams for all ages (teenies, juniors and seniors to adult). All abilities are welcome. Join simply for recreation and a great form of exercise, or to compete in high energy routines all over the UK. Learn to stunt, dance, tumble, and perform with our experienced, qualified coaches (USASF/ICF/NCSSE certified).
