2 girls & 1 guy looking for another professional, sociable guy who’s up for the odd drink or the night out (own life/space respected). Members of the house all considerate, clean and tidy (also have cleaner once a fortnight).
ABOUT US: We’re friendly, considerate, sociable professionals working in Events, Project Management and Town Planning. In the week we tend to chill out after work or go to gym, but at the weekends we are pretty sociable.
THE HOUSE: Fully furnished, well-maintained with recent refurb. We have a small back garden which is a great suntrap and fab for summer BBQ’s. Good size lounge, large TV with cable etc, large well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with good powerful shower/bath.
YOUR ROOM: Double, not massive but a good size with a feature fire place.
LOCATION: 5 mins from Tooting Broadway Station (Northern line). Close to Sainsbury’s, Tesco Metro, bars and shops etc.
AVAILABLE: from end of March 2009 and preferably for a minimum of a one year tenancy (sorry we are all fairly settled in the house and do not want the upheaval of finding another new housemate after a short space of time)
RENT & BILLS: £485.00 PCM (includes wifi, sky & cleaner), one month’s deposit required to secure room.
