The house has 3 rooms, a bathroom, a separated toilet and a living room that you will be sharing with a couple and a girl. The kitchen has all modern commodities: microwave, 2 fridges (you will share yours with the girl), oven, cook and washing machine.
The house is in Effra Road, very well communicated by bus (30 seconds to buses 3, 2, 415, 196, 432 and 322 and to Night Buses N2, N3, 37) and 5 minutes walking to Brixton tube station.
The price is £425 per month and it includes taxes, bills, TV, landline with free calls on weekends, and Wi-Fi. Only month deposit is required.
The house is tidy and quiet because everyone has a long working day so we are looking for a quiet girl, independent, respectful with others belongings who wants to share a friendly flat.
