IT Support / Network Engineer

Tribeka Ltd www.tribeka.com is a world leader in on demand manufacturing of digital products (software, audio books, DVD movie) in retail. We are a small but expanding technology driven company based in Vauxhall, central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for in house, on-site support, maintenance and installations.
The systems involved are all IP networked and the successful candidate will partake in general network design and support. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Technical Services and be part of a bigger engineering team.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s licence
- Commercial experience in 2nd and 3rd line support
- Good knowledge of IP networking
- Experience in Windows Server and Desktop support, configuration and installation – Server 2003-2008, Windows XP and Vista
- MCP Qualified
Desirable experience:
Switching, Routing, Firewalling on known brands like CISCO, etc.
Active Directory
Backup

- Ability to work under direction as well as on own initiative
- Hard working
- Analytical troubleshooting mind and methodical approaches
- Good communication at differing skill levels

Compensation includes live share options and salary commensurate with the role.
