We are a friendly household of two female students and two male professionals who have a room free to rent in Wembley.

We are offering our room to someone who is friendly, clean and reliable. An excellent grasp of English is a must.

The house is situated near Wembley Stadium, within easy walking distance of Wembley Park (Metropolitan/Jubilee line), Stonebridge Park and Wembley Central (Bakerloo line/London Overground trains) and Wembley Stadium (Chiltern Railways). It is close to Wembley town centre and the nearby supermarkets include Iceland, Lidl and Asda.

Our house is very clean and modern, including a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, tumble drier and washing machine. We have a large through lounge with tv, dvd and freeview, and we also have high speed tiscali wireless broadband.

The room we have to offer is a small sized first floor bedroom and it comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, cupboard and shelves. There is no space for additional furniture, however there is adequate storage space for clothing etc. Please note the bed is around 6 foot long.

The room has access to a bathroom shared with two females equipped with a bath/shower and two sinks.

The rent is £292 pcm (excluding bills) payable on the first of the month. Bills will come to approximately £20-£30 every month. (We try to be economical with gas and electricity). This excludes council tax if you are liable to pay it.
