House Clearance Items - PICK UP ONLY
We are having a house clearance due to travelling reasons and have several large items for sale. We are in the Huddersfield area.
Our home has recently been furnished with all new goods some of which are still boxed and sealed.
To list a few items we have....
32” Sony Bravia LCD HD Ready TV along with remote and Monster scart lead. This TV is 6 months old and retails around 450-500 online and in stores.

• We also have an 18” Lcd TV
• Wireless 3 in 1 HP printer
• Mp3 players
• Cd systems etc...
1x 4 seater DFS black fabric sofa sledge style and also a 3 seater in same style. We bought them brand new at Christmas for £1400 and have them treated for stain resistance along with 3 years cover for replacement cushions etc. They can be sold as a pair or separately
Swivel slouch chair in removable fabric from IKEA brand new never been sat on cost £100



We also have a range of modern High Gloss tables
1 white high gloss table/side/end with glass top
1 Black gloss table/side/end with glass top
1 coffee table in white gloss with floating glass top (all assembled with tools if unassembly required.
These were bought from a specialist supplier and are very sheek.
Along with this range we also have a display cabinet which shows as black in the picture but also has white on the other side so it is reversible to your taste.
And also a Black gloss entertainment unit (part wall mounted)

IKEA PAX wardrobe which is very large and has extra shelves etc bought for around £300

We also have a chest of drawers in black fully assembled and various bedside cabinets etc.
Treadmill which was bought from a specialist online company and cost £700 and is gym quality and has over 56 programs plus mp3 and speakers and heart rate monitor etc. Will sell for £500 as it is literally a month old and used a couple of times...


Last but not least we have a modern pedestal and basin set which is square fronted and still in the box, cost around £250 and also a luxury 5 jet shower panel in black glass which is still in the box bought for £350 online.
