With the competition for Residential and Commercial Real Estate higher than ever before, it has become imperative that Tenants provide excellent references from their Real Estate Agents and Landlords when they vacate a property.
Agents and Landlords now expect high quality cleaning of properties to ensure that a tenant receives their deposit back and a positive and favorable referral for the future.
The amount of time required to achieve such high results in cleaning may be surprising to many tenants, and should the cleaning not be up to the Agent’s standards, the Tenant risks not satisfying these requirements and not receiving their deposit back and an unfavorable reference. Many Agents now require a property to be professionally cleaned before their deposit is actually returned.
To assist in achieving the above high standards, Alesta Limited have a very detailed Scope of Works Checklist. We also provide a large range of additional services. We recommend that you view this checklist to give you a better understanding of the service .

Scope of Works’ Checklist:
Kitchen
clean stove top clean bench tops
clean wall tiles behind stove de-grease outside of range hood
polish sink, handles and spout wipe cupboard fronts and drawers
thoroughly clean inside of cupboards vacuum and/or mop floor
Bathrooms
clean vanity top clean basin, and bath tub
remove general light surface mould (if applicable) shower and shower screens
wipe cupboard fronts and drawers toilet fully sanitized
wash walls around toilet (if required) mirror cleaned
mop floors
Bedrooms, Lounge room & Dining room
thoroughly vacuum floors clean wardrobe mirrors
wipe out wardrobe door tracks skirting boards wiped down
dust cornices and door spot clean walls (light marks only)
remove cobwebs
Laundry
mop floor polish sink, handles and spout
wipe down walls (if necessary)
