Operating from prestigious offices in central Winchester, Hampshire, Executive Source is a young, dynamic company who specialise in the permanent placement of experienced sales personnel across all market sectors. Due to expansion we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
 New business generation
 Client management/liason
 Face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess key skills
 Accurate matching of candidate to client

Person Specification
This is not a role for the faint hearted! It is a role for someone who is determined, possesses excellent communication skills and a will to succeed.

 The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a commercial business to business sales environment.
 A self-motivated, creative individual who thrives on a challenge and has an outstanding record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
 A high achiever who takes responsibility seriously. Someone who is looking to take their career to the next level.
 Excellent training for the successful applicant resulting in an industry recognised qualification.
