Due to expansion we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
New business generation
Client management/liason
Face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess key skills
Accurate matching of candidate to client
Person Specification
This is not a role for the faint hearted! It is a role for someone who is determined, possesses excellent communication skills and a will to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a commercial business to business sales environment.
A self-motivated, creative individual who thrives on a challenge and has an outstanding record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
A high achiever who takes responsibility seriously. Someone who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Excellent training for the successful applicant resulting in an industry recognised qualification.
Package
Basic £18 - 22K
OTE in excess £40K Year 1
