Would suit responsible, honest, easy going, tidy and friendly professional or student female. Art/creative students are welcome.
£110 per week or £475 per month, all bills inclusive except telephone. Long term. Two weeks deposit (exceptions possible.), one week rent in advance.
Personal use of the rest of the house. No crowd, only two people in the house including you.
Spacious furnished single room in a quiet and clean two bedroom house. Room has its own lock and include
single bed, new duvet, new pillow, new single set of bed-linine, bedside drawer with lamp, bigger drawer, office
table, "makeup" table, build-in wardrobe.
Rest of the house includes:
Kitchen - cooker, oven, grill, microwave, toaster, mixer, washing machine, fridge/freezer.
Living room - real fire place, 30’ TV, Audio, 24Mb wireless connection, printer/scaner. If you need a PC I can
provide one.
Bathroom.
Separate toilet.
Cosy garden with birds, local cats, roses, wild strawberry, apple tree, blackcurrant bush.
Central heating, double glazing, high speed internet.
Located in a quiet area, away but not far from Walworth road. Border of zone 1 and 2.
3-5 min. walk to bus stops. Buses towards everywhere :) (12, 35, 40, 45, 68, 148, 176, 468, more from
Elephant&Castle).
Oxford street in 20 min. on the bus. Faster on the Tube.
10-15 min. walk to Elephant&Castle Tube, Railway, Shopping Centre, South Bank University, London College
of Communication.
10-15 min. on the bus to London Bridge and Waterloo.
15 min. walk to Ministry of Sound.
3-5 min. walk to fitness club.
7 min. walk to Post Office.
24 hr shop on high street.
5-7 min. walk to Morrison.
10-15 min. walk to Tesco and Lidl.
5 min. to East street market. (fruits and veggies basically for nothing! :), cheap international phone cards and
much more...)
House Rules
1. No wild parties or BBQs. Exceptions possible for small quiet events.
2. No loud music. There is always music in the house but not loud.
3. No animals.
4. No visitors in very large numbers.
5. No overnight visitors. Exceptions possible.
In general: "my house is my castle", where all who live there can come and rest, have their own space and piece and quite, do their study/work/hobby or what ever. At the same time with respect to others including neighbours.
