Full Virus/spyware removal: when infected with viruses its always better to wipe the machine clean and start again as viruses depending on the virus itself can really damage the operating system

Clean Windows Installation: Data Back up may be needed along side this job if you have load of data on the machine of which you want to keep.. and clean installation of windows will make the machine as quick as it was when you first purchase the machine.. and re-installation of all your original programs is needed afterwards.

CPU- Central Processing Unit- Brain of the computer
GPU- Graphics Processing Unit- Graphics Cards- enhance your gaming experience
RAM- Random Access Memory- Make the computers responces faster
HDD- Hard Disk Drive- Enables more storage space for your photos, music, documents etc.
CD/DVD drives- allowing you to play dvd's opn your machine if it currently only has a CD drive

Diagnostics- If the machine is acting abnormally, a data back up and remaster (Clean installation of windows) is recommended.. if problem still persists then diagnostisc come into action

Software Installation: installing any software onto the machine, making sure windows is up to date!

2.5" and 3.5" HDD's Sata and IDE/Pata
if the hard drive is in the machine, leave it in there and i will use the machine in the recovery.. obviously if you have had the pc/laptop fixed by pc world or something and they've given you old HDD back with your data on it.. i can sort that out as well
