Flash Developer
Experience
The Flash Developer’s primary function is to write efficient and effective Actionscript code to execute the creative and technical requirements of VR projects. In order to improve technical excellence within the agency the role will entail developing their own (as well as the Flash design and development teams’) skills in effective Flash development techniques.
Skills
Knowledge and Skills
- Solid OOP experience in ActionScript 2
- 2 years commercial experience on small/medium projects
- Experience using Eclipse, MTASC, SubVersion
Expectations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Flash projects in accordance with VR practices
- Support the Flash team leader
- Provide ‘best practice’ coding and development guidance to Flash design and development staff
