NIKON 400mm F2.8 AFS Mk2 Super telephoto lens
COMPLETE WITH FLIGHT CASE,
This sale is for my own Nikon 400mm F2.8 AFS Mk2 super telephoto lens, I purchased it 6 months ago from a Nikon Pro dealer.
The 3 areas which show use are as follows:
1) Underneath the tripod mount
2) The lens hood lock. slight scuffing and has a slight bend in the thread ( works perfect ) where I over tightened it once.
3) Retaining knob of the filter drawer, I bent it while trying to turn it the wrong way ! Works perfect though, so never tried to straighten it in case it snapped.
The optics are unmarked , the lens mount shows almost no signs of use, the AFS works perfect and is blisteringly fast!
The flight case is "as new" as it has never been outside of my house
Remember, this is the lighter and more desirable "Mark2" version, one of the last produced prior to the introduction of the latest VR optic.
