We're looking for 1 bed flat or large studio for affordable price where we can live happily and relax after work.
So property must be clean, modern, nice, in good condition, CALM. No High streets or other noisy places , please.

Our special requirements are: long time rent, private house preferably with garden (not block of flats), storage space. And rent must INCLUDE all bills and c.tax

The following areas are very convinient for us as we work in Docklands and Central London:
Docklands, Isle of Dogs, Canary Wharf, Canning town, Excel, Silver town, Custom House, Beckton, West Ham, Plaistow.
We will rent from PRIVATE LANDLORD who must be OWNER of property.
