Due to a last minute drop-out, we still have an ensuite double room with own jacuzzi available in our spacious shared 3 bedroom flat in lovely Kew (very safe area). The flat is situated less than 30 seconds walk from Kew Gardens District Line/Overground station (one stop from Richmond - fast trains to Waterloo). The flat is split over 3 levels and has a large living room with great views over the centre of Kew village (Tesco Express, cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep), kitchen with full facilities, study and south-facing balcony. Would suit a chilled-out, friendly person who likes their own space but also an occasional glass of wine! You will be sharing with 2 professionals, one male (in healthcare) and one female (teacher). The rent is £525 per month plus bills. Require one month's rent as deposit. Council tax is currently £59 per month per person. Sorry, no couples! Minimum stay 6 months.
