I have a double bedroom available in my 2 bedroom flat in Cardiff Bay. The flat is located opposite the Red Dragon Centre and is a 5 minute walk from Cardiff Bay rail, 30 minutes walk to the city centre and has good access to the A48. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk. I have an en-suite room so you would have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom.

There is an open plan kitchen/living room which is fully furnished with all mod cons (46 inch TV, Sky + HD, surround sound, blu-ray player, wireless broadband, sofas, coffee table, dining table, washer/dryer and dishwasher), a balcony and parking bays are available.

You would be sharing with a 26 year old male professional. I work during the week and in my free time I enjoy going out but am equally content watching a movie at home with a beer. I am ideally looking for someone likeminded who is sociable, clean and reliable.

The rent is £420 a month inclusive of all bills and the room is available from the beginning of August. I can only offer a contract till February 2010.
