I will leave London the 29th of June, so there is one bed available in a double room, you will be sharing the room with a German girl, very friendly, easy going, clean and tidy.
You will be living in a lovely flat in BARONS COURT, zone 2, it is on the Piccadilly Line, very central. Basically the flat is situated 30 seconds from the tube station.
The rent is 80 pounds a week ALL INCLUDED. No bills.
The DEPSOIT is 320 pounds, so one month to give directly when you arrive.
The flat is well furnished : internet broadband, washing machine, tv, 24/7 hot water...
About the flatmates : so your roomate is German, there are as well one Algerian girl speaking french, two friendly Chinese girls. The atmosphere is very relax, organized and tidy.
