Hello there! We are looking for a new flatmate to share our charming top floor flat with fabulous balcony views. The largest room in the flat is big enough for a couple to share comfortably. The flat itself is very spacious. We have a large living room with telephone and Broadband which overlooks Muswell Hill Broadway. At the opposite end of the flat is the kitchen and a lovely balcony with views across London. Perfect for relaxing and BBQ's in the summer. We are 3 young professionals ages ranging from 24-29, working in Design and Visual Merchandising, and are searching for someone around the same age, male or female who is easy going and sociable. We all have busy lives and are not always in the flat at the same time, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. Living on the top floor we have the benefit of no noisy upstairs neighbours, so the flat is very quiet at night. If you are not familiar with the area....Living in Muswell Hill you have all the wonders of London plus the fresh air and greenery around. Alexandra Palace is wonderful for jogging, ice skating, boating, sunbathing and gigs. The leafy Highgate Woods makes a lovely stroll home at the end of a busy day. Sainsburys is the main supermarket, but we also have the choice of Planet Organic and Marks and Spencers, along with plentiful cafes, bistros, Authentic Italian, Turkish and Japanese restaurants. There are various gyms and public swimming pool with a Lido for a refreshing swim in the summer! The Original Art Deco Cinema is 2 minutes walk from the flat. Muswell Hill really does cater for everyone, so you can happily spend the weekend here without venturing too far. We are animal lovers, but sorry our landlord does not allow pets. Smoking is also not allowed in the flat, but the balcony is perfect for that! Transport links to Muswell Hill are good. We have 24 hour buses, no 43 to London Bridge and 134 to Tottenham Court road. Highgate Tube on the Northern Line is 15 min walk or a 5 min bus ride.
