ROLE DEFINITION
To provide secretarial/PA support to the M& A Director and their direct reports.
Reports directly to Group M& A Director and indirectly to Group Financial Control Directors PA.
CONTEXT
This role must support, establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior UK and International management
Working closely with Business Unit heads, senior managers and their secretaries.
Provide back-up for the Executive PA’s as required and provide cover when he / she is absent from the office.
Based in St Helen’s, London
SKILLS, BEHAVIOURS, PERSONALITY TRAITS
QUALIFICATIONS
RSA Level 111 or equivalent
Good general education, minimum A levels preferred.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
Ability to plan and prioritise own work in response to needs of the Director and his direct reports.
Reliable and able to complete work to a high standard of accuracy and to tight deadlines.
Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Confident and able to effectively handle contacts at all levels within the Organisation, both internally and externally.
High degree of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
Flexibility to work the hours the role demands. Results oriented.
