Tasks
This is a new role within ESAS, based in the UK, identified as a high-level capability support requirement.
Main role: To support increased ESAS involvement in Major Static Tests (all projects), top level co-ordination of engineering activity, active participation on test working groups ensuring consistency and effectiveness of proposed testing in line with certification activity.
Secondary role: To support Certification and Means of compliance activities.
These tasks are Transnational and the applicant must be prepared to travel to other sites.
The candidate will need to have sufficient experience in the above roles, in addition to having a good grounding in General aircraft structural analysis, structural repair and be a good communicator. The role is that of a senior specialist who can work with the minimum of direction and appreciate the company requirements and interests.
