Pathway provides the training and rewards that you would expect. From day one, trainee consultants are provided with the support and training that they need to develop their skills and push their business forward in order to qualify as a consultant. Initially a one-week intensive course is provided, after which trainees are mentored and trained on planned modules that see them through to become a full consultant. From there on training and support are provided at every step as your career at Pathway progresses. Our training sets the standard amongst recruitment organisations.
The Rewards. We value our consultants. We at Pathway know that you are the lifeblood of the business and offer appropriate returns. The range and variation on these are almost too many to many mention - From company cars of BMW M3s, Porsche Boxsters and Range Rovers to holidays skiing on the piste, Monte Carlo and Barbados, and on top the chance to earn a salary deserved of Wall Street. We have realistic expectations for consultants to earn £30-40K (OTE) in their 1st year, £60-80K (OTE) in their 2nd and beyond that there is no limit. £100K salaries are not exceptional – they’re expected.
