Description: GENERAL SUMMARY: Develops, organizes, and conducts moderately complex training and educational programs for customer personnel; works under limited supervision; does related work as required. PRINCIPLE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Training Specialist for the Battlespace Information Collection and Exploitation Systems (BICES) located at the Joint Analysis Center, RAF Molesworth. UK. Conducts formal and Informal system and software application instruction and assists in the scheduling and administration of all classes and preparation of NIFC course training materials. Individual uses subject matter expertise to provide technical support to a variety of military-related projects and programs. Assists with the development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs. Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes. Assists in the development and update of project documentation Including system procedures and training materials. May conduct functional testing of various systems. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. Participates in special projects and conducts technical support as required. Uses subject matter expertise to provide technical support to a variety of military-related projects and programs; works under general supervision; does related work as required. Uses subject matter expertise to provide technical support to a variety of projects and programs; Works on projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise; Researches, identifies, and assists in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion; Gathers and processes basic operational data; Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. Participates in special projects as required. Required: Secret Clearance Preferred: TS/SCI Clearance EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Typically requires a College degree and seven years directly related or military experience in the design development, testing and Implementation of computer based training programs or Associates degree and any combination of education and relevant experience.
