Purpose: To provide the Client interface for an IT project for all aspects of defining the client`s requirements and exploring the potential solutions.
Key Accountabilities: 1. To explore, assess and review the client`s requirements with the client before defining them to an IT project team.
2. To explore a systems solution to the client`s requirement and recommend the best approach
3. To prepare the requirements, systems design and other Business Analysis documentation in accordance with defined standards
4. To be an influential member of the IT project team in determining the most suitable IT solution to a clients opportunity.
5. To assist the client in the adoption of the resulting solution, to ensure that the client gains maximum benefit from the implementation.
6. To review the work of other Business Analysts.
