Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional level of Front of house services, this includes meeting and greeting visitors, answering and dealing with all incoming calls; booking hotels for non local staff and visitors, booking of taxis; Ensuring that meeting rooms are ready for use following a meeting; Completing two kitchen checks a day to ensure that it is relatively clean and tidy; Being the first point of contact for all customer queries; Distribution and franking of all office post; Ordering of all business cards; Booking of all conference rooms including all catering and presentation equipment requests; Co-ordination and distribution of EMEA of weekly locations list; Support the billing and invoicing analysis for the networks business unit; Assist with any follow up with customers on billing issues; To be the receiving point for all invoices; Logging all invoices before distributing for sign off; Supporting the airports engineering and sales and marketing groups with travel bookings; Providing administrative support, primarily, to the Airports Engineering team; Supporting other team administrators as required and ensuring adequate support and cover is provided at all times.
Required Experience Typically possess five or more years of receptionist experience; Excellent inter-personnel and communication, in particular telephony, skills; Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive; Strong customer service skills; Intermediate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft office.
