Our continued growth has created the need within our UK practice for an experienced SAP HCM Learning Management Solutions Consultant
Profile:
Role:
You will be working in either a primarily functional or technical capacity within our client-facing project teams that are collectively responsible for the analysis, design, build, testing and implementation of SAP HCM solutions.
You will apply your knowledge of Human Capital Management business process and/or your technical SAP product knowledge in undertaking key activities in each of the stages in the life cycle of a SAP implementation project.
In addition, Senior Consultants will be expected to coordinate consultants activities within their work stream and be responsible for liaison with team leaders from other work streams to ensure effective integration and utilisation of resources and the maintenance of excellent team dynamics.
Requirements:
You should be able to demonstrate the following:
· A strong understanding of Human Capital Management business processes
· Minimum of 2 years experience.
· Certified SAP HR Consultant.
· Detailed SAP technology knowledge in most areas of SAP Learning Management Solutions (including SAP Training & Events Management, Knowledge Warehouse, STT, LS, ESS and Personnel Development)
· Hands-on configuration experience on most of the above solutions, gained through involvement in at least 2 substantial, full life-cycle SAP implementations
· Evidence of successfully working in multi-disciplinary project team environments
· Evidence of delivering work/projects within tight deadlines
· Willingness to assist with developing ongoing business from initial engagement
· Willingness to assist with proposal development and sales demonstrations
In addition, you will need:

· An understanding of project processes and methodology to support Project Management initiatives and delivery.
