Description
Function:
You will be working in either a primarily functional or technical capacity within our client-facing project teams that are collectively responsible for the analysis, design, build, testing and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
You will apply your knowledge of Human Capital Management business process and/or your technical PeopleSoft product knowledge in undertaking key activities in each of the stages in the life cycle of a PeopleSoft implementation project.
In addition, Senior Consultants will be expected to coordinate consultants activities within their work stream and be responsible for liaison with team leaders from other work streams to ensure effective integration and utilisation of resources and the maintenance of excellent team dynamics.
Profile:
You should be able to demonstrate the following:
· A strong understanding of Human Capital Management business process OR detailed PeopleSoft technology knowledge
· Hands-on configuration and development experience gained through involvement in at least 1 substantial, full life-cycle PeopleSoft implementation
· Evidence of successfully working in multi-disciplinary project team environments
· Evidence of sustained career progression and increased responsibilities
· Evidence of delivering work/projects within tight deadlines
In addition, you will need:
· A strong, credible personality with excellent customer facing skills
· The vision and ability to influence customer strategy, to propose innovative solutions and to drive delivery to meet the agreed strategy
· An understanding of project processes and methodology to support Project Management initiatives and delivery.
