Role:
Assisting in the implementation (s) of SAP HR & Payroll; frequently as part of a multi-module implementation. Many projects are whole life cycle and some take advantage of the capability to deliver the full range of services from Business Process Re-engineering to Application Hosting after go live.
The successful candidate will work on Client's sites with other Consultants and will be involved in successful HR & Payroll implementations.
This role may entail travel both nationally and international, and therefore requires a flexible approach to working arrangements. The ideal candidate will be part of a large international team and therefore strong communication and team working skills are vital attributes.

Skill Requirements:
· To provide appropriate analysis, advice, guidance and consultancy to both internal and external projects.
· To produce functional and design specifications to the agreed standard and within an allocated timescale.
· To perform duties in accordance with Arinsos defined project systems.
· To support the Project Manager in delivery of projects, delegation of tasks, and the co-ordination of day to day activities of the project team.
· Monitor and control of technical staff working on software development project on a daily, weekly or job basis as appropriate.
· Provide accurate estimates for software infrastructure development and system landscapes.
· Take responsibility for the overall technical design of system infrastructure and system landscapes, ensuring it is documented and conforms to Quality standards.
· Monitor capabilities of programming staff and in conjunction with the RAD arrange training for them.
· Produce test plans, maintain test logs and control QA of technical infrastructure.
· Ensure QMS procedures and standards for software development, version control and installation are followed by the team.
· To ensure that requests for work are always accompanied by the appropriate and correctly completed request paperwork and a clear specification.
· Familiarity with one or more of the following languages : ABAP, EL, RG & COBOL,
· Three or more years experience working on successful software development projects.
· Management of staff.
