Avon's products don't sell themselves, which is why we need Area Sales Managers to select, motivate and develop the potential of a team of Representatives. The Sales Leaders in turn recruit, train and motivate a team of their own Representatives.
Full training is provided but as a natural leader you will have the ability to build a rapport through clearly communicating objectives, providing encouragement and inspiring your team to continually build on Avon's reputation.
