an alternative to the gym for those looking for an extra push
Get the body you want with this new fitness class led by qualified instructors and designed to get you fit and toned, using strength, endurance and agility drills to help you melt off those unwanted pounds as well as improve athletic performance.
What it is:
A fitness class build on a sequence of dynamic movements taking place in the park without the use of traditional gym equipment.
During the session, you will be taken through correct alignment and core and joint stabilization to ensure a safe range of motion before advancing to more active drills utilizing all major muscle groups. Once sufficiently warmed up, the session will progress to high impact heart rate training.
Sessions last 70min (or 60 for those needing to leave a bit early)

As hard work as it might be, there will be plenty of fun to be had, with little competitions and challenges to keep you motivated and pushing forward.
You will not need any equipment, but you are welcome to bring a mat or towel if you are uncomfortable lying in the grass.
Sessions will also be held during rain, unless it is too heavy (you will be notified if classes are cancelled)
When:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12noon
