TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS – LIMITED POSITIONS…

The role – Working as a trainee consultant you will cut your teeth in the fast paced world of IT Recruitment, learning the ropes of sales and business negotiation. Throughout this period you will receive one-to-one and classroom based training, as well as being assigned a mentor to climb the steps with you to qualify as a fully-fledged consultant. During your training and throughout your career you will build a business personal to you, forging relationships with multinational powerhouses through to SMEs. You will create a network of clients and candidates at the centre of which you will stand. As a qualified consultant you will continue your practise, refining your trade after which a natural progression into management and director is on offer.

The rewards – As a trainee you will be signed up to a generous basic of £17.5K and from day one will have the opportunity to earn commission. Realistically, we don’t expect you to earn your first million in your first year, however, realistic earnings been marked at £30-£40K OTE, with the 2nd at £60-80K and the 3rd at £100K plus. In most instances these expectations have been surpassed and on occasions shattered. As an example - In 2005, the top biller for the whole SThree Group was a Pathway consultant. In his first year (2003) he earned 100K and last year took home an increased 6-figure paycheque not to mention a list of holidays and rewards.
